Infinity Development Partners, LLC (IDP) is a renewable energy and commercial development company. Our primary expertise is centered on developing on current and former military bases. IDP’s primary strength in this area is our access to capital markets and our knowledge of land development on former and current federal property.

IDP’s projects have primarily focused on new development on raw land. IDP builds teams to ascertain the most cost-effective approach to bring infrastructure to a development site and promote sustainable development that will continue to generate value for the community in the future.

IDP’s development approach is centered on creating partnerships to thoroughly understand and achieve a development’s maximum potential. Our team invests effort and early-stage investment capital into projects to generate a vision for the end development and a path to achieve that vision. That path always includes relationships with other organizations, which include co-development partners, capital partners or professional services firms that bring insight and knowledge into a particular project. IDP’s approach to development is finding key partners and stakeholders, engage them in the development process and invest the necessary resources to establish the development parameters of a project.

These parameters include investing in a broader understanding of development opportunities that might extend outside the specific project in order to enrich the development opportunity. Once IDP selects a target area, we will seek to find additional development opportunities nearby that take advantage of the dynamic market forces that are likely driving development in the first place. These market forces may include tax or other economic incentives, strong market demand or new and emerging markets.
