Infinity Development Partners, LLC (IDP) is comprised of five partners with diverse backgrounds that have come together as a team to capture and execute renewable energy and commercial development projects. We all share the fundamental credence that an aligned team is more effective than any group of individuals. \u00a0We believe, that in order for our firm to be successful, we need to work with a variety of partners to enhance our potential. As a result, we seek financial, development, engineering, construction, operations, EPC and an assorted group of support partners to ensure the success of our projects.<\/p>\n

Every project we pursue involves a reciprocal partnership in one form or another. For us, partnership means more than just the legal definition. Partnership means linking the appropriate combination of skills to a project, as a team, so that each member shares in the benefits from the combined effort. Thus, IDP has a long-term outlook and approach on projects. In the energy space, IDP brings project ownership, access to tax equity and permanent financing, as well as highly innovative ownership structures that allow us to achieve lowest cost pricing for power. For commercial developments, we bring development capital and other risk-based capital to projects to move them from concept to initial funding. IDP also brings experience with federal government development projects that can enable teams to navigate the complex procurement process and arrive at a financeable project on the other side.<\/p>\n

Project teams succeed more often than single organizations attempting to accomplish it on their own.
